Continuous Professional Development for Faculty

Continuous Professional Development for faculty is aimed at improving the teaching and learning skills of newly inducted and the currently employed faculty. The CPDs will be a continuous on-going process. The sessions will be interactive and of 3 hours duration.

- Explain why learner-centered learning is so important.
- Define learning and give an example of competence-conscious cycle in your learning experience .

- Train faculty for Quality Enhancement in academics.
Team Work
- Explain the importance of team work.

- Present latest updates on specific topics.
Research Methods
- Develop research capacity in context relevant research.
Journal Club
- Develop skills for critical appraised of Scientific Literature
Competency Building
- Use available resources for competency building of faculty in desired areas.
Presentation Skills
- Enhance Presentation skills for lecture delivery, conference presentation and seminar.
